I am excited to announce this as it has enabled me to fulfill a huge goal of mine. These guys take the social media app Instagram to a whole new level. They call themselves Pilgramers and to my understanding they are a group of 4 guys using Instagram to bring creative minds together by traveling around and meeting, collaborating and sharing their photos. Here is a good youtube link to a video of how they do it.

The last three and a half months I have spent hitchhiking from Southeastern Wisconsin to various locations in Alaska covering over 5,300 miles. I spent 25 days on the road getting to Alaska and then spent most of the time commercial fishing in the Cook Inlet and Prince William Sound. I documented the entire trip through video and photos and will be working on more filming and editing over the next twelve months as I begin my next adventure of searching for a graphic design job. Here are a few photos from my trip, and you can see more at thumbsoutalaska.com
